Marc Herzog is regular commentator on Turkey and active member of http://netzwerk-tuerkei.org. He is currently completing a PHD at the University of Exeter focused on the Turkish political party system and the rise of Islamist parties including the AKP. He has previously studied at the University of Edinburgh, Sabanci Üniversitesi and Napier University.
