Niall Ahern
Associate
Niall Ahern is a Research Associate at the Foreign Policy Centre and has recently completed an FPC internship.
Building on his BA from the University of Sheffield in International Relations and Politics, he is currently completing his MA at King's College London in Conflict, Security and Development.
Niall's main areas of interest are European security, the EU's relationship with Russia and international development issues following a work placement in Sri Lanka during his undergraduate degree.
He is currently organising a research trip to the Ukraine where he plans to write his thesis on the Crimea and the potential for future conflict in the region.
