Susan Coughtrie, Poppy Ogier, Izzy Cutts and Camila Mateos Betancourt comprise the FPC’s staff team. They work collaboratively with the FPC’s network of Research Fellows, its Advisory and Political Councils and the Board of Trustees, with support from Senior Advisor Craig Oliphant.

Since April 2025, FPC also serves as the secretariat of the APPG for Anti-Corruption and Responsible Tax, led by Senior Coordinator Stevie Wolfe and supported by Assistant Coordinator Matt Sokhi.
