Joanna is an Executive Coach, working with senior executives on sensitive issues related to leadership, performance and career management. She previously worked in the City leading government relations for HSBC Group and Global Businesses, and as a Partner with Brunswick Group LLP, the international communications firm, advising on M&A, regulatory risk and reputation. Prior to Brunswick, she co-founded FIPRA, the public affairs consultancy, now present in 50 countries. More recently, Joanna worked in development for Cambridge University. She is currently retained as Development Director of the Russell Maliphant Dance Company.
